• Please make sure to register before Friday, May 31, 2024, otherwise your presentation (either oral or poster) will not be included in the program for the conference.

Cancel Policy

• Received on or before Saturday, 25 May 2024: Full refund payable less a USD 35 / CNY 252 administration fee.

• Received between Sunday, 26 May 2024 and Monday, 10 June 2024: 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded, less a USD 35 / CNY 252 administration fee.

• Received on or after Tuesday, 11 June 2024 without a valid reason: No refund will be payable.
